Service Description
Upon completion of this CCMA training program, you'll receive a certification of completion. Your program instructor will then reserve your exam seat. You'll then be eligible to schedule and take your national CCMA exam anytime and anywhere! Even from the comfort of your home! This training program will certify you in the medical assisting field. Whether you're drawing blood from patients, performing EKGs, evaluating patients' response to procedures, performing basic point of care testing (Ex: glucose checks) and preparing lab specimens for testing, verifying patient or donor identity, answering calls, updating electronic medical and billing records, and reporting patient changes to the supervising nurse and/or doctor, or etc; we will prepare you to perform these duties whether you decide to work at a hospital, urgent care, home care, doctor office, or lab. You'll complete this training program with a minimum of 30 venipunctures and 10 capillaries. Building your competence up to confidently apply your knowledge and skill in the field. This training program includes all of your study materials, unlimited practice tests, and 3 attempts to pass your nationally certified clinical medical assistant exam without any retake fees. All accessible to you online. Your national CCMA exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions with a 120 minute time limit. All of your study materials, practice tests (unlimited), and exam fees (up to 3 attempts) are covered in the tuition of this training program and provided to you at no additional cost. Once you pass your exam, your national certification is available digitally, immediately and is verifiable. This training course is offered in two options: In person - 40 hours total, hands on and lecture or Hybrid - 20 hours in person for hands on and 20 hours remote via zoom for lecture Training program and certification can be completed in as early as 2-4 weeks! This course is offered: Days - Monday-Friday 9am-1pm for 2 weeks Evenings - The first two weeks of every month: Monday- Friday 6pm-10pm Weekends - Saturday 9am-2pm & Sundays 3pm-8pm for 4 weeks Contact us regarding hybrid options.

Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking, tuition must be paid in full or a payment of at least 25% of the total cost of tuition must be made. Payment plans include 4 biweekly payments with the full balance being due by end of the program. Failure to do so will result in the training program completion certificate being withheld and the students' exam seat unreserved. Cancellations or reschedules must be communicated with the program instructor in writing at least 72 hours before the start of class or a fee of 25% of the tuition will be applied. Notifications prior to 72 hours before the start of class will receive a full refund of monies paid. No shows will automatically forfeit 100% of monies paid. We want to ensure transparency and fairness for both students and training providers.
