Whether you're drawing blood from patients, explaining blood drawing procedures and answering questions, evaluating a patients response and tolerance, performing basic point of care testing (EX: glucose checks), preparing blood, urine, and other specimens for testing, verifying patient or donor identity, or maintaining and cleaning medical equipment such as needles, test tubes, and blood vials; we will prepare you to perform these duties whether you decide to work at a hospital, blood or plasma donor center, mobile phlebotomy solutions, urgent care, home care, doctor office, or lab.
