2. Are your certifications nationally recognized?

Yes. Students earn national certifications through National Performance Specialists (NPS), a recognized credentialing organization in the healthcare field.

3. What programs do you offer?

We offer the following certification programs:

  • CCMA (Clinical Certified Medical Assistant)

  • CMAA (Certified Medical Administrative Assistant)

  • CBHS (Certified Behavioral Health Specialist)

  • CPCT (Certified Patient Care Technician)

  • CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician)

We also offer maternal care support, Doula services, childbirth education,  and family planning classes with instruction aligned with International Childbirth Education Association (ICCE) and DONA International standards.

 

4. How long does it take to complete a program?

Programs can typically be completed in 2–4 weeks, depending on the schedule (Days, Evenings, or weekend only) and learning format you choose (online, hybrid, or in-person).

Each certification prepares you for entry-level roles in healthcare:

No. Our programs are designed for beginners as well as individuals looking to advance or change careers in healthcare.

7. Are classes online or in person?

We offer flexible options, including:

This allows you to choose the format that best fits your schedule.

8. Is hands-on training included?

Yes. Depending on the program, hands-on training and skill practice may be required, especially for clinical roles like phlebotomy, EKG, and patient care.

9. What support do students receive?

Students receive:

  • Multiple exam attempts (if needed)

  • Ongoing support throughout the program

10. Do you offer payment plans or financial aid?

Yes. We offer flexible payment options and financial aid to make our programs accessible and affordable.

11. How do I enroll?

Enrollment is simple. Contact us directly through our website or speak with an advisor to choose your program and get started.

 

To have a jump start in enrolling, click on the button and complete the registration form that's located in the "Healthcare Programs" tab, and pay the $50 registration fee. Then Create an account on the website to become a site member, and add the program of choice to your cart.

12. How quickly will I receive my certification?

After successfully completing your program and passing the certification exam, you will receive your certification immediately, allowing you to begin applying for jobs right away. Certification is verifiable by employers nationwide.

14. Do you offer maternal health or doula training?

No. We provide maternal health education, Childbirth education, family planning and doula services aligned with International Childbirth Education Association (ICCE) and DONA International.

  • 1. What is the National Certification Portal Access?

  • The National Certification Portal is designed for individuals who already have experience or prior training in healthcare and are ready to become certified. It provides a fast-track pathway to certification without repeating a full training program. This service is located in our Maternal support and family planning tab at the bottom.

  • 2. Who is eligible for portal access?

  • You may qualify if you:

  • Have hands-on experience working in a healthcare role (such as medical assisting, phlebotomy, EKG, patient care, etc.)

  • Have previously completed a training program but never became nationally certified

  • Want to formalize your skills with a recognized credential

  • 3. What is included with the $300 fee?

  • Your one-time payment of $300 includes:

  • A personalized student portal

  • Unlimited practice exams

  • Study guides and preparation materials

  • Up to 3 attempts at the national certification exam

  • No additional testing fees

  • Test from anywhere, anytime!

  • 4. Which certifications can I test for through the portal?

  • You can pursue certifications such as:

  • CCMA (Clinical Medical Assistant)

  • CMAA (Medical Administrative Assistant)

  • CBHS (Behavioral Health Specialist)

  • CPCT (Patient Care Technician)

  • CPT (Phlebotomy Technician)

  • CEKG (EKG Technician)

  • 5. How long do I have access to the portal?

  • You will receive access for a set period of 60 days, allowing you to study and test at your own pace within that timeframe.

  • 6. Do I need to take classes to use the portal?

  • No. This option is specifically for individuals who already have knowledge or experience and only need exam preparation and certification.

  • 7. What happens if I don’t pass the exam on the first try?

  • No problem. Your portal includes up to 3 exam attempts at no additional cost, giving you multiple opportunities to succeed.

  • 8. How do I know if I’m ready to take the exam?

  • You can use the unlimited practice tests in your portal to assess your readiness. Many students test once they consistently score well on practice exams.

  • 9. How quickly can I get certified?

  • Many students complete the process in a short timeframe, depending on how prepared they are. Some may be ready within days, while others may take a few weeks.

  • 10. Will this certification help me advance my career?

  • Yes. Becoming nationally certified can help:

  • Increase job opportunities
