We operate a healthcare certification school and a maternal services division offering doula support, childbirth education, and yoga programs.
Our programs are based in Ohio (USA) but available nationwide through online and hybrid formats.

2.3 Maternal & Wellness Services

Our doula, yoga, and childbirth education services are educational and supportive.

2.4 Telehealth / Virtual Services

If services are provided remotely (e.g., virtual doula support or online courses):

• You consent to the use of secure online communication platforms.

• You acknowledge that no method of transmission is completely secure.

• You may withdraw consent to telehealth services at any time by notifying us in writing.

2.5 Payment and Refunds

Payment terms, fees, and refund policies are posted at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate service for nonpayment or violation of these Terms.

2.6 Intellectual Property

All materials on our website, including course content, logos, images, and videos, are owned or licensed by Core Health Education.
You may download or print materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, share, or sell course content without written permission.

2.7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Health Education, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

2.8 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio (USA).
Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, unless otherwise required by law.
